1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Digi2L platform operated by UTC Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Digi2L provides a digital platform for the exchange, sale, and purchase of used home appliances. Our services include:

  • Appliance valuation and instant pricing
  • Doorstep pickup and logistics coordination
  • Payment processing for exchange transactions
  • Sale of quality-checked refurbished appliances
  • Assured Buyback (ABB) program management

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By using Digi2L, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Product Valuation

Product valuations are based on the information you provide during the self-quality check process. The final exchange price may be adjusted after physical inspection by our technician at the time of pickup. You are free to accept or decline the revised price.

5. Payments

Payments for exchange transactions are processed on the same day as pickup verification. Available payment methods include UPI, NEFT, and cash. Deferred settlements may apply for certain partner programs.

6. Refurbished Products

All refurbished products sold through Digi2L undergo a 14-step quality check. Products come with a 30-day free repair guarantee from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product condition does not match the listing.

7. Assured Buyback Program

The Assured Buyback program guarantees a minimum buyback value for eligible new appliances purchased through our partner brands. Buyback values are subject to product condition at the time of redemption and the terms of the specific ABB plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi2L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
